Director Ra’anan Alexandrowicz (James’ Journey to Jerusalem) and his Israeli-Palestinian production crew join a Palestinian group on a sightseeing tour of Israel, once considered their home. The trip becomes a journey of emotional distances and contradicting realities as they interact with ordinary Israelis and visit places to which they feel both rooted and alienated from. Directed by Ra’anan Alexandrowicz, Israel/Palestine, 2001, 35mm, 97 mins. In Arabic and Hebrew with English subtitles.
