<b>Wayne Johnston - <i>Baltimore's Mansion</i></b> Chicago Humanities Festival and the Canadian Consulate General in Chicago host Books and Brunch with Wayne Johnston author of the award winning Baltimore’s Mansion.

This ongoing series of intimate, in-person author discussions features Canada's finest literary talents and has become increasingly popular. Last year, both Miriam Toews (A Complicated Kindness) and M.G. Vassanji (The In-Between World of Vikram Lall) attracted capacity audiences. Books and Brunch takes place on Saturday, October 8, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Chicago Athletic Association, 12 S. Michigan Ave.</>

Prices for attending include:

  • $35—Single Ticket
    (includes one brunch, one advance copy of Baltimore’s Mansion, plus shipping and handling)
  • $50—Brunch Buddies
    (includes two brunches, one advance copy of Baltimore’s Mansion, plus shipping and handling)
  • $15—Brunch Only.
