Gzesh, director of the Human Rights Program at the U. of Chicago; Bonnie Honig, professor of political science and a senior research fellow at the American Bar Foundation; Tamar Jacoby, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute; David M. Kennedy, distinguished Stanford historian of American immigration; and Mae Ngai, professor of history at the U. of Chicago and scholar of nationalism, citizenship, and race. Geoffrey R.
