Festival Program
In a program that merges the literary and dramatic arts,Michael E. Myers directs Chicago actors reading short stories by both established writers and new voices that explore ideas of Home and Away—our concepts of the familiar and the unknown. Chicago’s own literary star, Aleksandar Hemon, whose fiction includes the much-celebrated Question of Bruno and Nowhere Man, selects the stories to be featured and hosts the program.
Presented in partnership with Stories on Stage, a production of Chicago Public Radio.
